New Adventure in 2012 !

I am so excited to formally announce my new position as Team Leader at Keller Williams – Union County, NC.  My new responsibilities will be serving approximately 80 agents (the largest real estate office in Union County), the staff, and attracting new talent to utilize the excellent tools and systems that Keller Williams provides for all of their agents.  We serve Union County, NC, the Charlotte Metro area,  Anson County, Cabarrus County, Stanly County, and Lancaster & York County in the Upstate of SC.

I have enjoyed my short tenure with Allen Tate, and I have nothing but the utmost respect for the firm, my former boss Dave DeSilva – who I also consider a good friend, my mentor and regional supervisor, John Kindbom, and the President & COO, Pat Riley.   They are excellent leaders within our industry who I admire greatly, and wish to thank for their guidance the past year.

However, a new door has opened for me to step into a role that I very much look forward to.  I  will be serving my fellow agents by recruiting like-minded/successful agents to become teammates, coaching them, setting standards and maintaining a vision of success for all of us.  It is especially that TEAM attitude I love about Keller Williams.  The agents run the office!  It truly is a company run from the bottom up, and I am here to serve the goals that our agents have.  I will be following in the big shoes of  Amy Moser, who will be moving on to take the role of Team Leader at the Mooresville Market Center. I believe we share a lot in common having both been born and raised in West Virginia, where we understand great work ethic and family values.  I know she will enjoy continued success with Keller Williams, and am honored to carry on the KW Family environment and culture she has helped build here.

I know and love many of the agents at Union County Market Center of Keller Williams already.  Ok, more than that… I am totally STOKED!  Having interacted with many of you over the years in cross sales,  at educational events, REALTOR social and philanthropic events, and in my recent role as the President of the Union County Association of REALTORS, I am so looking forward to serving you.  I am here for you, and I totally see a successful partnership ahead.

I can’t wait to get to know you and see how we can work together, to enjoy a prosperous 2012 and lifelong career in real estate.  There are a lot of great reasons I made the decision to join Keller Williams, and I am anxious to share those with you.

For my previous clients and friends, I am still here to assist you with all your real estate needs!  I will not be directly working in sales or transactions, but I now have at my disposal a team of the best educated, most gung-ho agents around, waiting to serve you.  I will be happy to carefully select an agent who is best suited to work with you to help you sell or buy your home.  I also now have a vast network of Keller Williams agents around the world to assist you anywhere you go  as well.  Referrals and recommendations are still greatly appreciated, and I will personally see that you are well taken care  of.  I realize you do business with who you trust, and it is the agent you choose, not the brand.  But I can assure you that we attract the finest agents by offering them all the support, education, training and technologies possible.  Keller Williams invests in it’s agents.  Not their brand.

Just one last thing…  I wish to say a huge thank you to my family and friends who have stood by me, supported me, and encouraged me, especially through recent difficult years.  Your belief in me, continued referrals and recommendations, and words of encouragement have helped me succeed in spite of obstacles.  I hope you now will join me on this new adventure, and continue to help my new KW family.  We are all in this together, and together, we will not only overcome, but prosper!
